The use of AI must not infringe plagiarism policy.
Declaration of generative artificial intelligence in scientific writing: Authors should only use generative AI in the writing process for assisting in improving readability and language. As AI can generate output that can be incorrect, incomplete or biased; therefore, authors should carefully review and edit the result. AI should not be listed as an author or be cited as an author. Authorships can only be attribute to the performance by humans. Authors should disclose a statement for the use of AI in their manuscript (an example is shown below). The statement will appear in their published article.
Statement: The preparation of this manuscript by……………. (Name tool/Service) in order to……………… (Reason) has been reviewed and edited as needed by….. (the author(s)’ name(s). The authors take fully responsible for the content of the publication.
Note: If authors only use AI for checking grammar, errors or references, there is no need to disclose.
